    I like the A 419 controller looks neat and compact. How is the wiring run for that setup.
    The one my son made up is quite bulky by comparison.

      It has been about three or four years since I hooked it up. When I bought it, it was already wired. I think the only thing is there is a jumper to control if it would cut in or cut out at the setpoint. Many beer brewers use these to turn chest freezers into kegerators or control the temperature of a fridge for lagering/fermenting beer. One drawback is that the unit is only rated at 15 amps, (212F max temp setting) and I have noticed the cord gets warm when i plug both hotplates in, but it seems to be able to handle it anyhow.

      It is $79
      Do you need to monitor and control your fermentation temperature? Have no fear! Our various digital thermometers and heaters won't give you the cold shoulder.
