ID:	712932 I had been using the cherry picker to make boom height adjustments and just did it during prototype and some special circumstances and never got a simple enough idea to do a few inches and it hit me while I was pushing the picker over when I grabbed on to a turnbuckle that was the right length. If I had to do this again and still might may use a common all thread, would have to drill one hole and weld 1 nut. Would have been as easy as this but the real shame is I been fussing with it a long time and never stop when I need it to fix the thing. Can field make adjustment. This was a duh,,,,, no brainer should have been done 15 years ago.

Shame is if I want to convert it back to one of the original design requirements got to grind a weld off and move the washers which I might have considered if I hadnt done it in a hurry when I did do it.. Half a rod and 2 flat washers completely wasted,,,,
