  • "Sun Guard"

    Built this as a decorative / protective door glass insert for a friend's front shop door.

    It's about 30"x70" and made of tubular and solid stock. I bent the rays on my hydraulic press with a "radius jig" I made. Cold bent the sun around an old brake rotor.

    All in all I think it turned out pretty good, since it's really the first mostly artistic type of work I have tried.

              Very cool. The squiggly rays are cool......most people would have just put straight rays, nice touch.
