  • Little Car gets front end

This morning I added a radiator, the shell of which is cut from an old Bathroom Scale, headlights are Harley FX shells, I also spread the wheels out another 3" on each side. I may cobble up some sort of phony suspension components.

Hotfoot.....I normally don't care for junk yard art. But, I have to admit your creations are beyond junk art and I really enjoy them. Keep up the good work. You are truely an artist.

I think Hotfoot lives on the set of The Terminator. The stuff he comes up with is amazing!

How many of us know a guy who has a couple of spare bombs laying around?

Hotfoot's imagination is set on something like warp speed 2.5 or something. Do not attempt to adjust the horizontal or the vertical. Stay back 50 feet, etc.

Hotfoot, MINOR nitpick ('cuz whatthehell, I know you like making things as close to real as possible):

The handle from the meat grinder is a little too long. If it really worked, the handle would hit the ground when it was cranked. Might want to consider shortening it a bit (or not, doesn't matter).

For your front end suspension, perhaps a couple of shocks from some old mountain bikes? For that matter, you may be able to chop down a couple of old shocks from a real car. Did that riding mower have any suspension parts, or was it directly bolted to the frame?

Okay, enough "construction criticism." Great job on the ride! What are you going to use for a steering wheel? (12" bike rim?)
