Ratchet Wrench

Got something that needs a full-time wrench? Tired of "wrench on/wrench off/wrench on"? Even dedicated a wrench to something, with a place to hang it, but it didn't get hung back up! Here's an idea.

Dave, maybe a good spot for a faster thread nut, or possibly a double thread!

I assume faster thread nut means a coarser thread.

About the other............OK.............I'll bite (no one else did):
What's a double thread?.........cringe.....cringe.........

My common sense has been taken over by my desire to possibly learn something.

Dave, double threads are just as they sound, there are two helical paths circumscribed around the bolt.
This is a special thread used mostly on clamping operations, some milling machines and lathes use them because the nut only needs to be turned a little bit to get a large movement on the shaft or bolt that to which it is attached.

I've seen ratchets used on big valves that were located so hand wheel couldn't work.
