DIY overhead crane advice

hello, for my small workshop I would like to make a small overhead crane, I built a 300 kg jib crane, a gantry crane on wheels, but I see them as unsuitable, the overhead crane should be 3 meters high, 3.50 wide, capacity 1000 kg maximum
How should I make the columns in tubular box or beams? how to chain the columns both to the ground and to each other the bracing, how to make the rails and the bridge? for the wheels I thought the pulleys of the gates as a guide the v-guides for the gates what do you recommend?

I was saying how can I understand if a jib crane or an overhead crane is convenient for me? the gantry crane has legs 3 meters wide and takes up the space of the 3 meter lathe.

thanks I have problems with space and encumbrance maybe I'm making a jib crane with a 120 mm H beam I have to think about it and take the right measurements otherwise I'll make a hole in the water and waste time and money. I do like the tailor I measure 50 times and I make a right cut, otherwise I risk losing a coat or a dress thanks
