scaffolding advice for lifting trusses and installing canopy-roofing

hi excuse me if I disturb I should build a canopy on a terrace of an attic to protect it from the rain, for various reasons instead of using a rental crane or similar construction machinery, I was suggested to create a sturdy mobile scaffolding on wheels equipped with pulleys and hoists to lift the columns and put them in place and lean the truss on them, what do you think how should I make this device?

Nice sketches for here. The cols look like they might be able to be tipped up by hand with a couple 3 guys?

you say? I'm racking my brain to be able to build this cover without calling for forklifts, cranes or heavy machinery

I have to find used scaffolding, modify it and add wheels and a hoist, I basically have to create a tower, a mobile castle with a hoist on the side that supports the load and helps me to put it in place and position it, I'm thinking about it, otherwise I'll have to build it from scratch plant with metal scaffolding tubes for carpentry, thanks.
