The following are of a hand wringer I made a couple of years ago. I use it for wringing out chamois and towels. The rollers are rejects, intended for use in printing presses. The bearings are brass, slotted to float in the ends. Spring loaded roller pressure is controlled with the thumb screw on top. The drip plate is stainless. The unit pivots and locks, 90 degrees, when not in use.
