Cable Saddle

The first of two welding cable saddles for the chev. I wanted something that I could lock up in my toolbox (out of site from would-be thieves!) and take out when needed. It's simple, and it didn't cost very much to build. Welded with self shielded FCAW.

looks good to me. i like the smaller version for the extension cord. looks like a good way to keep everything organized and easy to carry.

I actually got the idea off of a smaller plastic extension cord wrap we have.

However, I wanted something heavier duty with more storage capacity.

heres my version of the cable saddles. i stole the idea from mb welder. i used old "pickets" that i salvaged from an old wrought iron handrail. they are solid 1/4"x1/4".
