    Hey Guys,
What type of powered hand tool can I use to cut curves on metal? How thick can I go? and what Is the least expensive one?
    Thank you

how thick is the metal you intend to cut curves in?
and how tight are the curves you are trying to cut?
I don't know welding. I know computers. Got computer problems?

I use a 4 1/2" angle grinder w/cutoff disc for most stuff. I've gone up to 1/8" thick but it wears discs down quick. For tighter radius cuts I use my 3" air cutoff tool. I mainly cut sheet metal though so discs tend to last a while. One day I'll own a plasma.

If you are just cutting sheet metal an air nibbler works great and they are cheap. HF sells them for around $20. As stated above a cutoff tool works good for thicker stuff.
