    Unless you don't plan to secure the cylinder in a manner that well prevent it from falling on your foot, there is no danger to the cylinder getting hot.

    Dont lose sleep over it. There are lots of welding shops in Fla and its not a problem. I have used many bottles of argon in Fla,,, mostly in Ft Laud and Miami,,, but maybe its different there.

    I live in Florida and my garage get pretty hot during the summer. How dangerous is to keep my gas tank under these conditions? I am planning in having Argon-CO2 (75-25)
