There are still about 3 or 4 more pages to go still so keep a look out for them. Also, Im going to try and fabricate an example machine this weekend so that you guys can see what it looks like. Also, Ill post some sample bends that are done by the machine. Plus, I have also scaled this brake up to a machine that will bend a little over 3 foot. I use this one for bending 16 ga stainless steel sheetmetal at work. I do not have any plans for it , but once we get this smaller machine built you guys will be able to figure out a design for a larger machine .

The heading to each drawing are numbered. You might have to go back a couple of days to find them. Number one is title something like metal brake lets get started, and after that they are numbered. I tried to change the heading on the first page to page number one , but it still stayed the same.

Thanks for part 4, I having trouble finding the other 3 parts.

It might help us if you put Brake 1, 2, 3 etc. in the subject line so its easy to pick out.

Thanks so much for sharing these images and pictures with us!

    Metal brake page 4

This part is easy to make. It is just a peice of 1 1/2" square tube. At the time all I had was .120 wall tube. I would have preferred to use .187 wall. However, this hasn t been a problem yet.

IMPORTANT: This project requires 2 of this part.
