    It looks like you used dom tubing if so why go to that expense and keep the oem main hoop?
    Looks like your bends came out pretty even and the welds look good-got any close up trophy weld shots?

        well the cage is .120 wall DOM, and it's pretty strong, it's an addition to the stock one, more of a precaution then a full blown cage....i know that it's questionable that the stock hoop is weak, but it's main down fall was the windshield tie ins, that are now floor mounts. it's alot better!
        and i doubt that he was going to be willing to pay for an entire new cage... as far as the DOM goes it's just a few cents more then the ERW up here so why not...

        the Bender is a JD 2 model 3 with degree ring, i made the mount and it's still fully manual.
        unfortunatly no weld pics, i wasn't thinking or i would have gotten one.

          **** yes I agree IF I had a source of dom that was close to erw I would use it exclusively as well. I saw those posts over on the Jeep POR the one with the crushed windshield
          For certain you have added protection for this Jeep owner over the oem 'light' bar.
          Thanks for taking the time to post the pics you do have .

            here is the cost diff, it'll add up with lots of tube, but worth it in my mine for a cage...
            1.75” 0.120 wall : DOM $3.25’ ERW: $2.94’

                Sharp: Nice looking cage I like the design. But I might suggest some braces on the front down-tubes. When using a halo, configuration like you have, those will be the points of failure, and you want as much support/weld surface there as you can get.

                  DOM=Drawn Over Mandrel
                  ERW= Electric Resistance Welded
