Well, Arbo, it's doing good. I did a bunch of stick welding with it last weekend and I have a good bit scheduled for this weekend. It's been a while since I did any tig with it. A little hand surgery set me back for a while.
It's good to be back, but I have a lot of posts to read. Plenty projects to choose from!

Hey Rocky, I think that's the same excuse he used last time. I think I'll take a ride up there and take a picture of him myself and post it here.

Boy I'm glad you and mowjunk helped me get a high resolution image of the pig before he left. I've been having a lot of fun with it!
Great looking bender. I will definitely have to build one myself. How good is it for bending rebar? If ya spaced the pins differently will you get different sizes of bends?
Thats a prety good bender! I just think I will have to make one of those. Great project with a lot of use. Thanks for shareing that one with all of us here.
The tubing is 3/4", don't know thickness of the material but it felt light compared to rebar!. Pins are 1/2" round stock and don't know the angle of the bend for the handles. Steve told me he thought it was 45 deg but confessed to "what ever the saw was set". He told me that he was using a "bending fork" and having trouble keeping the work straigtht and thought about the pivot point with two handles, genious! and "out of necessity" The trouble is that the whole thing was trial and error. Good idea that I guess must be experimented with to make yours work.
The material being bent in the example is 1/4" thick and I think 1" wide no heat. Wasn't paying attention because I was focused on the trebel cleff. but I was using 3/8" round bar and was easily manipulating this material.
More dimensions on the way as soon as I get my hands on it again, but till then, Trial and error! Good luck worked for me.
