i am neding to install an outlet in the barn for my new tigmate. i have a 100 amp subpanel from the main house but 75 amps are taken up for outlets and lights ... HELP!!!!!

You will not be using all those outlets at the same time as the Tigmate. Should be OK with a breaker for the dedicated outlet. Alternative is a larger main breaker for the panel.

what size breaker

what size breaker .... thanks .... book states 80 max i think?

If you plan to run at full capacity then use 80 amp. Better safe than to trip smaller breaker.
