Grounded? Air pressure? Do you get flame when you press the trigger?

To add a little info to Rocky D is the ground a really good connection? I have run into many problems with plasma when you dont have a REALLY GOOD ground. Meaning no paint, rust, undercoating etc.

it is a new machine and only runs on 230 v
i think i will check and maybe the air flow need sto be reduced
          also will wire brush metal
miller insructions do not give much on actual operation
just tells you how to set up
it worked great on new steel
its still new to me so
          i will try again

Went down to Cameron welding to pick up my new 625 Plasma cutter yesterday. I intended to check it out and then reply to your post but it will have to wait a bit. They ordered the wrong one and had to return it and re order. The unit that came in did not have the bonus goodies ( cover and consumable kit). Seems they won't send those seperatley and they had to return that unit it to get the correct stock number part. Wonder if their are any other differences. Regarless people here that have used it love it. Will give you my opinion shortly.
