  • A chance to get your hands on the equipment

Just an FYI for everyone in the Kalamazoo, MI area this Friday 9-12-03, Saturday 9-13-03 and Sunday 9-14-03 we will have a demo booth at the NSRA North Nationals (Kalamazoo Fairgrounds).

The BBT won't be there but there will be plenty of equipment to try out and lots of very nice cars to look at.

I personally will be there along with a few other Miller factory reps. Hope to see you there!

what are the North Nationals? Are you going to invite Franz and Rocky D to demo the stuff?????? hahaha That would make it worth the price of admission,, kind of like a trip to the zoo I figure, whats the BBT and what are the hours?

      Sberry,
NSRA = National Street Rod Association and this is their North national competition. There will street rods there from the U.S and Canada.

Lots of tool vendors (including welders) and if you like cars it is the place to be this weekend.

              Sberry,
Here is the information from the NSRA web site the hours are listed. I'm not sure who first coined BBT (Big Blue Truck aka. Miller Road Show Truck) but it seems to have caught on here on the web site. Sorry I assumed you knew what I was referring to.

NSRA Nationals North will be here soon

In a matter of days, the 24th National Street Rod Association® (NSRA) Street Rod Nationals North will be here...the dates are September 12, 13 & 14 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. If you would like to be a participant in this outstanding event, pre-’49 manufacture vehicles can be entered at the Clarion Hotel - Kalamazoo, 3600 E. Cork Street (take Exit #80 off I-94). Registration opens at 2 p.m. Thursday and continues until 6 p.m., and is available from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday, and from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday...vehicle registration will conclude as of 2 p.m. sharp on Saturday. If you plan to take in one of the area’s biggest street rod show (more than 3,200 vehicles), all ticket sales are at the front entrances to the Kalamazoo County Fairgrounds on Lake Street. If coming as a spectator, arrive early and plan to spend a day or more...one day will not seem like enough with all there is to do, see and experience. For more information, contact: NSRA, 4030 Park Ave., Memphis, TN 38111, phone 901/452-4030.

Will the be debuting the RockyD and Franz tour buses ?

Seriously though NSRA events are first class. Anyone that's into hot rods should go if they can. It's a good time. And anytime you can demo tools at the same event you can't go wrong ! There's ususally alot of hot wimin (as Franz would say) there too.

Never mind where that big Blue Support Truck for my BUS is gonna be, where's my BLUE BUS with the Big 40 in the belly?
The wiff wants window measurments so she can get to stitchin curtains up, and outfit it with her cookin equipment & supplys.

Rocky, has the orange one showed up at your place yet? Sure seems to be a whole lot of procrastinatin goin on from the Appleton croud regarding these busses. It ain't like we asked for that fancy satellite radio system in them or anything unreasonable.

Jim, the specials vary from show to show depending on the distributor but they are always worth checking out.

Did anyone make it to Kalamazoo besides me?
