For those of you interested this is a pic of the Howron Industries square tubing die. I had told dirtrider I would post a pic as soonas I could well a few months later here it is (sorry, had to borrow a digital camera) Look simple to make with a plasma or pattern torch The guy at Howron was very informative and very helpful Have figured out if you want to build your own die whatever size you want to use for your radius just weld a 1/4" squre stock around it (be sure it lines up in the center of your tube being bent) and bend this will work although not quite as good.
