what machines is it compatable with? what machine is it a direct hook up with? wondering if it would fit a MM210

Hi Butthead. The Spoolmate 185 will work on all competitors machines under 250 amps. You will need a SGA 100 box part no 043856. When using it on a 250 amp machine you will need to take some caution. The gun is rated at 150 amps at 60% duty cycle. Most 250 amp machines are rated at 200 amps 60% duty cycle. There is more machine than gun. The gun will hook directly to a Millermatic 210. It will also hook directly to a Millermatic 185 with the addition of a part no 207642 switch and diverter valve after serial no kh376829. It will also work with Millermatic 185 before that serial no with a kit part no 186871 and a 207642.

One more note I'd like to add ...
If you are going to use the spoolmate 185 on a 250 amp machine you can change the barrel assembly of the spoolgun to the barrell assembly from the spoolmate 3545, part number 196827. That will give the spoolgun a rated out put capacity of [email protected]% duty cycle.

Ah yes,my money savin man Mike!I would have dropped another $500 on a bigger spoolgun if not for his "bigger" barrel suggestion
