I'm looking to buy a new 220v MIG and have been doing a comparison of the products on the market. I have decided on the 175 models to fit my needs and budget. I have seen alot of write ups here and other websites comparing the HH175 to the MM175 but i havent seen much on the Lincoln Pro MIG 175. I know the opinions here may be biased but I would still like to know how you feel this competitors machine measures up to yours.

All 3 of those machines will work fine for you. If you are just starting out, you might think there are problems with how the welds look at first, but more likely it is not the machine ---just you. If you are experienced, then choose the machine that best matches your price point and desireable arc characteristics. They will not be exactly the same--so choose the one based on what the majority of your welding conditions are. Go to a dealer and set all 3 of them up and try them all on your favorite chunk of steel. Some guys here like soft arcs--which prevent burnthrough on light gage stock, but may not be as penetrating with a stiffer arc when you need it on thicker stock. Concentrate on sound metallurgical weldments, and think of appearance as a secondary issue. When you consider sound welds as the primary consideration, any one of these will do just fine for you.
