Are these made [or will they fit] the gun on my HH135, if so I want to know where I can get some? My 135 is new from last year and has the Miller gun.

Sundown, I ordered them through my local distributor. I am not sure if they will fit the 135 or 175. I am at work but can get the part numbers for you tomorrow if you need them.
Have been trying to locate these tips with no luck. If they will fit the 210 and 175, they will also fit the 135 I think. Anyway if you could please get the stock numbers and where I could order them from I would be real happy. Oh, did you get a chance to test them?

Hi Sundown...been a busy week so I haven't tried them yet...and the patent office just sent me a huge package...I suppose I will be days just figuring that out. Anyway...here is the part numbers
Now I only see these listed for the 210 and the 251. Nothing for the 135 or 175. I am sure these won't fit...I believe the guns take a larger diameter nozzel on the larger machines...
These nozzles are a designed for the M-25 gun that is used on the MM 251 and MM 210 they will not work on the M-10 or H-10 gun because they are just simply to large and won t fit the gun.

What I meant to say was, somebody ought to make them [just in case there's any confusion about what I meant to say] That short term memory is getting me also...

LOL Sundown...I knew what you meant even if you didn't..))
Anyway I think the reason they have them for the larger machines is to let us get into area's that are hard to because of the bulky nozzels....I believe yours are smaller in Dia. to begin with...
Guys....I just had a need to use the tapered tip and nozzel...Works great. I can't believe how much better I could see the tighter areas. I am making a hold for front wheel weights on my JD and I used the plasma cutter to cut the hangers. Well...I took to much metal off and also the pieces I used were scrap with 1/4" holes in them. I used the tips to fill the holes and build up the metal I took to much of out. I will post the pics later. I wonder why I couldn't use these all the time.....How about it Hobart....is there a draw back to using the tapered tips and nozzels all the time...for short arc?
Cope...you might be right about that. I don't see any porsity though ...the welds look very nice. Since I spray anything over 1/8" anyway (so long as its flat/horizontal) my voltage and wire speed is set low anyway. I will keep and eye out for what you are saying and report back....
