  • AirForce 400

Recently I aquired an AirForce 400. Unfortunatly while reading the owners manual I left it in a stack of news papers that my wife threw away. Can I down load another one off the net somewhere? I would like to do some practice with it today but do not know where to start. If I am using an Air compressor what LBS should I use for cutting 1/8 inch metal? There is so much I need to know. What do you suggest?
By the way I chose the Hobart product because of this board. I found this site last week and it is a life saver.

Go to http://www.hobartwelders.com/owners_manuals/ and download your manual. If not listed, download the nearest equivalent or e-mail the boys in support.

You will set your pressure at 60psi on all materials you are going to cut. I am glad to here you went with the Hobart Air Force 400 This is a great cutter to have.
      Thanks

Well sir I went to the site you suggested and there was an AirForce 375 manual so I did download it but to get the one I wanted Hobart is charging me $15 smackers and they say it may be the wrong manual at that. I did give them the model and serial number. Any other ideas. I did agree to pay the fifteen smackers but it seems like a lot for a twenty page paper that is mass produced.

Hahaha. I laughed a lot when you wrote this. While the topic has been updated, I have a question as well. Can we still call it the best for Hobart?
