It appears that the 400 is the same as the Miller 325, and if so it has been confirmed that the Miller and Hypertherm machines are made at the same plant and are identical, per a Hypertherm rep and confirmed by company people here.
There may be a small difference in warranties, but I have found the 380 for $1025, which is $150 cheaper than the 325/400 at Cyberweld.
I have the 380 and they are great machines.
