ROCK and ROCKY D, fastig ss7 welding flux?

Rock,
Hobart a few years back was selling this for stainless steel tig welding and I know there are other fluxes on the market for titanium welding. Does ITW still sell this? I can't find much info on it, but the article I read from the Navy indicated 300% increased penetration and an AWS Journal article indicated it increases the arc voltage by about 3 volts, and the arc plasma column area increased to support a higher temperature---thus the increased penetration. Any info. would be appreciated!
