I've seen some at Northerntool.com and I think that Harbor Chi-Com Freight has some, too.

You might checkout tptools, decent website and their service seemed good the one time I ordered from them. I ordered some drier stuff and have been getting catalogs ever since.

What are the sizes of parts that you will be blasting. Will it be very large or 0.5 steel rod?I second the tp tools blasters, but if your parts are small you could probally make a Harbor freight work with some changes.I made my TP 965 SE grow from 46" to 78" max size inside.I used their side box extension, and made one to bolt to that.I can blast truck bumbers now if I want to,by blasting one side then flipping it around. You could do the same with a Harbor freight model. Then just upgrade your parts with the tp stuff as needed.I looked at the Harbor Freight one,and I could make it work about as good as the TP one, with some changes.

I need to blast some parts that are up to 56" long with 90 degree turn then goes out 30".

          Pretty big stuff.

I looked at the TP tools, already.

              Srubrn,

Unless this is going to be an everyday thing, why not just do it the old way, outside? A cabinet that size has got to be expensive. You could also farm out the work. I have a blast cabinet and a "sand blaster" but farm out the big stuff.

Actually it is for a business I am starting. I will be using it almost everyday.

All the more reason to sit down and figure out your specific needs and make your own,it's far from complicated.

...or you could design your own, and have a good tin bender bend it up for you. You're going to use it every day, so it would most likley pay for you to design it. You may need a larger door, more than just one set of arm holes, a table inside for smaller parts, you may need it to be accessedd from both sides, with arm holes on the back, and on and on. We have a guy here in town that does just that. We had him make a purge chamber for us. There is probably an outfit near you that would do it. You'll be saving money by buying something you can use to your specifications, rather than trying to make an "off the shelf" model work. And remember never blast steel and SS with the same sand , or your SS will be a rustin' !

Arc Burn,I thought of that when he said with a 30'' ninty in the piece. You can order all sorts of parts for one from TP,gloves, windows, drain, and so on.How about making it out of stainless? It's not that much more to do,and you never have to paint!Worth big bucks when you sell.I could build one for alot cheaper than I could buy one.It would be much better built also.It also sounds like you need a two station box.

I also agree with Rocky D on having gloves on the backside.
Things are getting scary around here because now I just agreed with Rock D.I think I will go lay down now,and maybe that will pass.?

Due to lack of time I won't be making my own. I wish some of you guys lived around here and could build me one. It looks like I am fixing to spend about $2500 for one. Where is here you might ask. Meridian, MS

Just a couple things I'd like to mention here, especially since you said this is a new venture.
First, one dang good blast cabinet can be made from plywood, and it's relatively cheap to do. I know one guy who does strange things to glass with a sandblaster, and he's been using the same wooden cabinet for the last 15 years.
Wood cabinets geve you longer media life too, because media that overshoots the object being cleaned his a soft surface.
Secondly, blast cabinets should be lined with rubber to minimize dusting from media hitting the cabinet. This makes a cabinet a lot easier to build since the walls don't have to resist impact. The official term is impingment minimization.

something I have thought of is a walk in sandblaster room..about the size of a med size walk in closet...plenty of room...wall mounted fold up table...would catch the sand for reuse...well lighted...have to figure out the breathing part though..don`t want to inhale all that sand dust...

I have the large sandblaster from Northern...stops up a lot though..would like a better one...
