    Hey ROCK

I picked me up a new HH 135 today. I really like the new toolless change on the drive rolls. However, I see one problem with the machine that Im going to have to fix. The gas hose from the solenoid valve was routed wrong and is being pinched off between two pieces of sheetmetal. Or is this a new fluxcore only design? Pinch the hose off and the operator can t use gas- Fluxcore only. It is a easy thing to fix, but I though you would want to know so that you could pass it on to whomever. By the way, I like the unique finish on the outside sheetmetal of the machine

MigMaster 250- Smooth arc with a good touch of softness to it. Good weld puddle wetout. Light spatter producer.
Ironman 230 - Soft arc with a touch of agressiveness to it. Very good weld puddle wet out. Light spatter producer.

So ... if open up my HH135 to look for (and maybe fix) routing in the gas tube, does that impact warranty?

Actually I was considering a "tee in" before and after the valve to add a manual "pre-gas" for poppy starts.

Sorry Steve you have sidekick status for now.

The serial number for the machine is LC 448301. Do to the way that I aquired the machine I can t complain one bit about this minor little error. Beings today is my 35 th B-Day this machine ended up being a nice little B-day present. I imagine there is one guy down south of me that has a big grin on his face too over one of these signature series machines.

Rock,I thought if they made one that can really weld nice, they used the signatures to cover up the sp135 plus stickers.

I just could not resist that one.

Rock,I would like that, but remember I traded my SP175 to my friend for his MM185.Then I traded that to get my MK 2000A back.So maybe just my 2210 Hobart Feeder, that's now a Thermalarc. What a nice little unit that one is.Lot's of styles of drive rolls.I think it compares pretty nicely to a R-115 Miller feeder, but only two drive rolls to mine. But thats fine for me,less rolls to buy,and it feeds great.

One more note,on the SP.My friend will leave it at my house until I make him take it.Which might be never. What a deal.
