Hi,
If there was a feedback [or other more appropriate] forum I would ask this question there...
Some threads have a little box to click that takes me to the first unread message in the thread. Others do not and for some reason I can't get a box to appear after reading the thread.
I even checked the "mark all threads read in this forum" box, and still some threads I have read do not have that box to take me to the first unread message in the thread...while others do.
What am I doing wrong? Is there something I have to do to cause the thread to become read after I read the last message? I have tried going to the next thread by clicking that option and that did not help either.
I have checked the faq and did not find the guidance I need, but do understand it may be there staring me in the face!
Trial and error is a slow learning process...
