Spool Gun?

I did not get the spool gun with my MM210. Is using the spool gun a preferred method of welding aluminum? I have no experience with welding aluminum. Is the appearence of the weld look good and are there any extra steps involved that are not in welding steel?

Yes it is,but it is no walk in the park.It's more like a 100 yard dash.It moves real quick.
