Tech Support!!!

I have a HH 135 and I have had it about three weeks. It developed a feeding problem today. I called Tech. support and Rock answered and really helped me out. He is sending the parts 2nd day. He thinks a couple of electrical parts went bad. I am betting the use of the extension cord had something to do with it. The owners manual states that you can use as little as 14ga. 50ft. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Going with a 10/3, 25ft. long from here on out.

Glad to hear about your great Customer Service experience! Nothing less than expected!!!

But, I'm surprised to hear that the HH135 can be hurt by low line voltage...

I'm just a dumb Mechanical Engineer, but the one time when I designed an electrical device, it was protected against both undervoltage and overvoltage...

ON THAT EXTENSION CORD KINDA DEPENDS ON IT BEING LAYED OUT STRAIGHT OR COILED UP AND CREATEING A BIG INDUCTOR DOESN'T IT...........OTHER CONTRIBUTEING FACTORS ARE INCOMEING POWER 110, 115, 124VOLTS..........YOU GET THE IDEA RIGHT..........................................BIL LC.................WHAT I FOUND AS I RECALL.................REMEMBER I TALK TO 75-100 PEOPLE OR MORE A DAY.......................I THINK TODD'S OUTPUT CAP WAS SHORTED.....................................?????? ?????............ WAS THAT RIGHT TODD........... BILL WOULDN'T IT BE NICE TO DESIGN IN A LIGHTNING BOLT SO AS NOT TO FAIL THINGS.................... I REMEMBER IN 1 YEAR I HAD TO REPLACE EVERY MAJOR APPLIANCE IN MY HOUSE BECAUSE OF LIGHTNING.....................AHHHHH THAT IS ANOTHER STORY........................HAVE SOME FUN NOW.......ROCK
