Continued welding education question...

After i'm done w/ my welding classes and get certified, where could i go from there as far as continued education goes?
If i wanna go beyond a weldor, what other jobs in the metal fabricating business,positions could i be?
Wher would i continue my welding education for this???

You could go for an engineering degree...a lot of guys on this forum, are doing it the other way around.

I cant tell ya how much I appreciate an engineer that knows how to weld...makes my job a lot easier. True symbiosis!
