Why does the manual for the Syncrowave 250 state that HF should be continuous in AC TIG, but the Dynasty 200 literature says that the square wave AC allows you to turn off the HF???

Hi I believe it is because in an inverter the current passes thru the axis points very much faster than it does on conventional machines which lets the new squarewave invertors like the Dynastys only use high freq for a split second a startup.Where a conventional machine must use it continually for the constant switching at slower speeds. Chub380,you got that one right. The dynasty and the syncrowave should not be mentioned in the same sentence.I am kind of pro inverter.Please don't weld with a dynasty if you own a syncrowave.It will ruin your day.
