Mig Instructional Video...

I'm new to welding and purchased a Mig 135 for hobby purposes. I've been practicing, practicing, practicing, and I thought I was coming along ok. After seeing Pics on this board of welding beads, I realized that my beads look nothing like what I've seen. Since this is my hobby and not my profession there are no classes available in the Chicagoland area at ANY community college and I have no one that I can learn proper technique from. So, can anyone recommend a video that teaches/shows proper techique in runnng Mig beads?
