Mig-SC Settings

Since I found this Forum a few days ago I’ve noticed a variety of questions concerning Mig-SC settings. I dug out some of my boxed-up files and found some old spreadsheets (pre-PC era) that may help. When I say old, I mean these I’m sure are older then quite a few of the folks that frequent this Forum but the settings are still pertinent to the process today.
The spreadsheets list-
Plate size
Root opening (where pertinent)
# of passes
Position
OCV
Volts
Amps
Wire speed (imp)
Gas (flow rate & mix %)
Lbs/hr
Wire size

I have setting spreadsheets for the following plate joints-
Corner Joints
Square Butts
Single Bevel joints
Double Bevel joints
Fillets

The jpg files are too large to attach to this post but if you would like a copy of any or all-just email me and I’ll send them to you as email attachments.
