Wire selection

I am interested in what wire I need to use. I weld from 14ga. to 1/4" I am currently using .030 wire. I am also going to be welding some stainless that is 14ga. to 3/16" at the same sitting. Which wire for both applications? I realize that there will be two diiferent wires. I have a MM210

For 3/16" and above, .035 is recommended. In fact, Miller's calculator shows .035 with 1/8". Here is a handy chart for wire size. I think I got this from Hobart's site.
