    I have a Hobart handler 120 wire is not feeding properly it doesn't matter what setting I have it on but it starts and stops the roller moves fine but if I watch the wire roll it spins about a half a turn then stops a few seconds latter it will spin another half a turn I'm new at this and the welder is used it was given to me any help is appreciated thanks

    Might try blowing some compresses air through whip to clean out an crud in liner, liner may need to be replaced or simply increase tension on feed rollers....

          THIS is your SUBJECT line. Please go back and edit your post. Every post here is about help.

          Remove the contact tip and test again. Then remove the wire and test in an unloaded condition.

          What are all your machine settings? What wire are you using? What is marked on the drive rolls?
