Happy Birthday, Jarheads!

The 233rd birthday of our Corps! My years in that service were some of the most memorable in my life.

The U.S. Marine Corps' training is like a fine metal forge that hardens and tempers the steel of young men's characters to prepare them for life and its hardships. That explains the adage "Once a Marine, always a Marine." When your inner steel is forged by the Marine Corps, how can you be anything else but a Marine for the rest of your life?
