Hey a guy wants $350 for his older Thermal Arc 300 GMS it's that dark red with the handle on top,. No torch with it so testing it's gonna be hard. Guys whaddya think? Bite or no?

There's gotta be a reason there's no torch with it to make it testable. I'd be leery. What's the going rate for known working ones?
