  • Greetings from Sunny South Florida

Just got the MVP 210. I’m very impressed with this welder. I was in the auto body business for 20 years. I learned to weld on an old Millermatic. I used to do heavy collision and fabrication without the fancy sheet metal breaks and stuff they have these days. I’m close to retiring from the Fire department. Decided to get a welder just because I wanted one. My first project of course was to make a cart.

Welcome on board. Hope to see some more of your welding projects posted on here. Your welding cart build is unique, what size are the front wheels on your cart?

The front wheels are 3 1/2” that swivel. They are rated at 80lbs, the rears don’t swivel they are rated at 200 lbs. I’m guessing this is the most over engineered welding cart in the world..but that’s how I do stuff, overkill.
