I Just Received My Reconditioned Hobart 140 Last Friday. Have Had Lots Of Fun With Practicing On Scrape Pieces. Did Weld Up Frame For Weld Table And So Far Looks Great To Me. The Reconditioned Welder And A Dewalt Chop Saw Came From "tool King" And They Both Look Brand New. Saved A Bunch Of Money. What Is A Good Tool To Use In Grinding The Inside Corners Of Mitered Joints? Too Tight For My 4 1/2" Grinder. Enjoying Reading From All You Guys.

    Welcome

Welcome to the board. I always weld from the outside and use the disk there, never did I weld from inside the corner so I'm not much help there but I'd imagine a die grinder would work.

Welcome to the forum Jim, this is a wealth of information for all things welding...glad to have you aboard. There is no such thing as a dumb question, so ask anything, or add to the discussion with your own experience...we also have some fun, too.

I never grind the inside corner of mitered joints, but if I did, I'd use a rotary stone in a die grinder or drill.
