Helmet brand question

Hi guys another noob here. I just got a HH210 and discovered this place, awesome site. A seach came up empty so I decided to post my question. I have decided to get out of the dark ages and get an auto helmet. I dont want to spend any major $$ on a Speedglass or anything so I am going with an el' cheapo for now. I have looked at the Auto-helm brand (dont know much about them either) and they seemed ok, then I ran across a copy of this helmet on Ebay:
