google lead me here on a similar issue.arc is very weak and not adjustable with the pedal.high freq works and the power supply is ok with the pedal turned off-strong arc .i tested the pot. from pedal to pin connector.all good.there are 2 caps in the pedal ,not sure proper procedure to test complete function of the pedal.i welded with this unit for a month last year without a problem.any guidance on test procedure or where the issue is would be apreciated.thanks-jim
