Help!! 135 tig

Will a a 135 tig weld a tubing thickness of .120?

sorry, i should have been more specific... it is DOM tubing for a roll cage its not chromoly

According to HH135 manual it can weld 1/8 inch steel in one pass.
Are you good enough weldor to bet your life on the weld?

yeah, I can weld it, but i wanted to tig weld it so I wanted to see if that machine was up to the task.

Let's get one thing straight, right up front. The size of the machine don't mean jackshyt if you don't mind doing a multipass weld. The fit up on any tubing fit for a roll cage would have to be something like I've never seen before to even think about going single pass anyway. I'd go a hot pass then a filler/cap even if it was a -0- gap fit, which you aint gonna have.

Take your time, lay them stringers, watch for blow outs when you seal a tube.
