Will a a 135 tig weld a tubing thickness of .120?

Let's get one thing straight, right up front. The size of the machine don't mean jackshyt if you don't mind doing a multipass weld. The fit up on any tubing fit for a roll cage would have to be something like I've never seen before to even think about going single pass anyway. I'd go a hot pass then a filler/cap even if it was a -0- gap fit, which you aint gonna have.
Take your time, lay them stringers, watch for blow outs when you seal a tube.
