heat tint on stainless steel tubing

whats the best way to remove the heat tint on S/S tubing. is there a chemical spray or do I need to use sanding pads. do not do alot so a tubing sander is out of the question $$$. mostly on boat rails, tops etc. diverdown

2001 dodge 4x4 welding truck.Hobart champion 10.000 miller 180 auto set with spool gun.SIP 25 amp plasma cutter. Miller Diversion 165 Tig. 1996 28 foot Bayliner to haul diving and welding equipment around the lake.

You just need a little rouge and a good buffer after you have sanded as finely as you can.
