Thermal arc lm 300

Hello everyone. I was wondering if any one has any comments on the thermal arc 300. I know everybody loves the 185 . I actually bought one a few years back because of the reviews.
Now I have found an lm 300 power source for a reasonable price (less than $1000). Was wondering if it is worth it. Also would my 185 torch and controls hook right up to it?

Yes it is. I actually found the thermal arc # and the guy I spoke to said I would have to buy a new torch and my pedal wouldn't hook right up to the machine. So it would cost some more $. I am going to pass on it. Thanks..
