  • Production tig welding time saver.

From experience I know that having to get up and dress a tungsten subtracts from your $$$$
on a per part production run....My fix? Check these out..

Some people require more attention than others.....Like a LOST DOG and strangers holding out biscuits....

A welders buffet! Nice. Do you work by yourself? I'm asking because in the places that I work, those choice tungstens would be "borrowed" before I could use them.

Yeah I'm the Maytag repair man here at my shop......No one to take my tungsten's...I do remember
a shop I worked in doing there aluminum parts, where this kid would wait till I would go on break and sneak over and steal my tungsten stash...It didn't take long to figure out what he was doing. So I sharpened up a bunch of 3/32
STAINLESS filler rod and put it in my TUNGSTEN spares ...ha ha ha that cured him of that deal.....LOL
