champion 10000 welder and generator

i have 2 of these with 20 to 80 hrs no power to front outlets or welder , what might it be i tested most of the back panel seems no power from wires coming out or in

What is the actual age or serial numbers of these units? Some have a fuse or circuit breaker in the exciter circuit to protect from overload. This may be open or need reset. I would need serial#'s to be more specific.

the serial numbers for the 10000 champion la250125 the other is the same welder

there is a fuse in top left of front of unit. i through a current into. it it did come out the other side . this has a circuit board about 5 by 5 inches with 2 wire harresses connected to it with an owan motor if this helps
