I have been looking into possibly hooking a stickmate AC/DC welder up to a generator that i purchased about a month ago for work, i bought it form northern tool heres the link:

would a generator like this be able to power a stickmate AC/DC welder? and if not, what kind of affordable generator would be able to power the stickmate? I could really use the help, thanks.

Probably 220 volt 20 amp service on that gen set, and your Stickmate would normally run on a 50 amp breaker. You might make do with a 40, or even 30 amp with lower settings, but not on a 20 amp.

Agreed, too light for a Stickmate, a Maxstar would run from it.
