Yes I have. i am getting a consistent flashing from the pressure light from the time it turns on. At the same time the air keeps coming out of the torch
The last time this happened I called Hobart service and was told to take the device to a dealer for repairs.

Have you read page 31 in your manual? What kind of flashing are you getting on the pressure light?

I have had two Air Force 40I plasma cutters in the last two months with the same problem. Both 40I worked for about two days before the pressure light started to flash. Air will not stop coming out of the torch. And it will not cut. Sent one to the local deal for repair. They gave it back to me in the same condition. I have 90 PSI clean air. I have a Razor Weld Plasma cutter that works just fine on the same lines
