So rating on compressor is 11.9 new regulator and better filter still doing the same thing. I'm going to try Miller tech help tomorrow and see. Thanks for all the help

I'm getting a new regulator this morning to give it a try, cause I did adjust it during flow

Are we dealing with a regulator good enough that we can trust the number? Did you adjust it while air was flowing and verify its set point after using the tool?
Just making sure before we dig deeper.

The manual say pressure is to high but the regulator is set at 100 psi . The machine calls for 90-120psi. I'm at work so I couldn't tell you what the compressor is rated off the top of my head

What does your manual say about the flashing pressure light?
What is your regulated pressure to the machine? What is the CFM rating of your compressor?

I did go through all the trouble shooting. And I put new consumables thinking maybe I did use them up. Still doing the same thing.

Did you follow the troubleshooting section of your manual first? Did you assemble your torch consumables correctly? Did you maybe damage them with a poor cutting technique?

Miller 375 Xtreme leaking Torch
I recently bought a 375 Xtreme and made a few signs, now my torch leaks air and my pressure light flashes. Any suggestions on what to look for?Tags: None
