Did you get the 27i to work? I have one and can’t get it to fire with the Crossfire software.

27i wired to Langmuir Crossfire Pro.....need help with NO VOLTAGE

Hello,
New to this forum hoping someone can help a newbie out. Wired up the 27i to the Crossfire pro. Getting no voltage when I go to use Fire Control. Has anyone wired this up? Thanks for any help!
